In January 2022, Citizen Coop began laying fiber optic lines along the street where I live and in the process cut through my septic line. I paid a local sanitation company to repair the break and ******* ******, employee of Citizens Coop, agreed to reimburse me for the repair in March when his crew had to come back because the septic line was broken again due to their work. On 3/10/22 I emailed Mr. ****** the invoice (attached) and he responded the same day that he would pass it along for reimbursement. On 6/10/22 I emailed Mr. ****** again and asked about the status of the reimbursement. He replied the same day stating he would get back to me that week, but I heard nothing. On 7/6/22 I called Mr. ****** and he promised to get back to me that week and admitted to “dropping the ball.” I have heard nothing in return. I continue to pay my bills to them on time and would like the reimbursement paid to me as promised. I can supply copies of emails, if needed.Business response

Citizens is mailing the check to reimburse for damages to the customer today, August 4, 2022. In addition, ******* ****** has spoken with with Ms. *********** and apologized for the delay in handling this issue. Citizens will take the liability of getting reimbursed from the contractor that actually caused this damage while doing work for us.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
