            Wedding Date: 05/28/2022. As per contract supposed to receive photos 3 months after. It is now December and no photo's have appeared. I have attempted to contact Madisen multiple times via phone call, text, email and even letters. She has not responded and still owes us the majority of our wedding gallery. We are missing photos of our families, ourselves and she is taking our memories away from us. She has responded once, saying gallery would be uploaded/updated, it never was.

            My daughter hired Madisen to take her wedding photos. Madisen was late the day of the wedding and also was very slow to respond to our messages confirming the date and time of arrival for the wedding. Once she got there we felt at ease with her and the day was absolutely beautiful. Fast forward several weeks- 17 to be exact. We have only received the sneak peek and now she isn’t responding to any emails or texts. She did respond to one a few weeks ago, claiming she had health issues and she would send the photos by the next day. Literally verbatim from the other complaints on BBB about her. This is her job- scanning people. That was about 3 weeks ago and still no response from her OR our pictures we paid for. I wish we had read the reviews on here but honestly I never thought we needed to. Who would do this to a bride and groom!? Who would steal money from a hard working family, and also steal the opportunity for us to have photos of a special day in our family? Who would do that intentionally to someone? I’ll tell you who- Madisen Hopper. Do not hire her. She will be hearing from our attorney and I’ll either get our pictures OR she’ll give me our money back. She’s messed with the wrong family!
