This rental company is the absolute worst. They have terrible communication skills. Waited forever for them to finally get our keys to us. They said the building was ready to move in and available but it ended up taking way longer. We waited forever. They never answer their phones. We went to move out and they charged a ridiculous amount on top of our lost deposit. Money for cleaning, for blinds (which were not damaged, in fact we installed brand new ones on windows for them), and $600 for paint. Mind you, the paint was completely in tact. 0/10 would recommend. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. All security deposit returns are completed in accordance with VRLTA guidelines. Per Virginia guidelines, tenants are allowed normal wear and tear during tenancy, and identified damages beyond normal wear and tear are assessed for restoration at tenant exit from the property. Identified damages are visually inspected, incorporating tenant's move-in inspection report, and photographic information is retained to tenant file. Should additional information be needed for clarification of itemized deductions, we will readily further discuss with the tenant of record at their convenience.Review from Kelly W

A shame there is not lower rating I can give. I was charged for draperies on cement walls in basement as well as a huge dry erase board that were there upon my moving in and I was charged to remove! I had a water leak that was never fixed correctly and ran my water bills to $300.00. Also charged for carpet cleaning which I had done as well as a thorough cleaning. They never did the same for me! Also patch work and paint work, including color changes and lousy masking. Rotted door jambs, A/C unit never repaired. I paid to have clogged drains cleared.wall on deck falling over.The build up of cat hair. The worst was bathrooms which Lynchburg renting listed as two when in reality is one and a half. The 1/2 bath had a build up of urine that had to be literally scraped off! I have everything documented and time stamped as well as my canceled checks. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. I gladly paid my attorney considerably more then what is due from my deposit. Everything goes full circle.
