      I wish I could give a zero rating. Lift top coffee table ordered online (other items ordered in same time frame but not same order number. They were fine). Opened box and found no assembly instructions. Called and was finally able to talk to a local store who emailed me the instructions. Since these assemblies are a combo of bad IKEA and a screwy puzzle, I was going slowly to ensure I got it all right. Got to piece F and discovered it was too short, making the drilled holes not align.Chatted online and was told a replacement would be sent in **** days. Checked and didnt see the acknowledgment order in my account. Called. Was reassured **** days. Called on day 9 (thought it was 10) was reminded they still had one more day. Waited 2 more days because of Presidents Day (yes, stores are 24/7 but apparently all other operations are M-F only.This call someone finally told me the replacement part was in back order until sometime in June. I was offered a full replacement which I refused (why get another screwed up item) and asked for a full refund. Told since I didnt call within 72 hours (not business days for this!) from time of delivery my request for refund would need to come from back office.Last email I was told to donate the defective piece to a charity of my choice, submit the receipt and then theyd refund my purchase price. Sure, hand off a defective piece, no longer have to replace the piece, and likely never refund my money.IF my money is refunded Ill update this review. Ill be pleasantly surprised if I am refunded.

      Horrible customer service and products. My dining table arrived, scratched and unable to extend and the chairs plus the table smell like a very toxic varnish. Calling customer service is a waste of time as they dont help. They just say someone will get back to you and no one does. Dont shop here!

      We received a flyer in the mail for 20% off of purchase. We went to the store saw what we wanted was given a price and when my wife asked about the flyer, they didnt want to give us the price. Saying it was already a discount price. Its a tactic to get you in the store and not give you any discount! They not only lost a sale but a customer who will gladly tell everyone about this scam!

      My wife and I purchased a couch mid-September 2023. I was told it would be delivered in the evening hours on September 26th. I received a call 10:30 am stating they would be here between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Well, they were a no show. I was then told they would be there between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Against my better judgement, I believed them. Man was I fooled. Of course, a no show because who delivers a couch at 9:00 pm. I called the next morning pretty upset. I was told they got behind schedule and couldn't make it. Ashley Home Store or the delivery company didn't have the common decency to call and let someone know this though. I called in the morning, and they said they could deliver it on September 28th at 7:00 am. I agreed to this because I figured if I didn't there would be some unknown issue they would come up with to not bring it. It was delivered and assembled in the living room. The delivery team seemed okay. However, the end of the sectional is a right arm face with a chase had a stain on the material. It looked like grease or a sharpie got on it. I called Ashley and reported this and went through the claim process. There was no issue with this process. They sent the replacement. cover. Lets fast forward about a week and half. The $5,500 sectional my wife and I bought is now falling apart. Both of the arms have caved in and the only thing holding them together is the fabric. There has been zero rough housing on it and the issue is the way its constructed. The top plate is simply not tied together well enough with the sides and it collapses just when you put your arm on it. This couch is absolute JUNK and the only place it deserves to be is a landfill. I have expressed my concerns to Ashley and the best they give me is submit another claim and they will have it fixed. I did that and the third-party contactor was scheduled but then canceled. He is not coming until second week of January now. Ashleys products are AWFUL and they wont help.

      They lied and said I would have my furniture delivered a month ago. Be prepared to wait. The salesman added insurance and a pillow and didnt disclose the extra costs. It was all about the sale and I would absolutely not recommend them, especially if you actually want your furniture in a reasonable time.

      Ashley Furniture ************ ** Was The Store I Dealt With.. Ashley Coparate Itself Is The Rip Off.. I was Sent The Same Damaged Furniture Twice. When I Refused Delivery For The Second Time Deliver Men Refused To Carry Furniture Back Down As I Was Told I Needed To Follow Ashleys In House Repair Protocol Where If I Wasnt Happly After Repair I Could Exchange Which Was A LIE..4 Repairs Later within A Year To Brand New Furniture, Is ************************************** Refuses Exchange Or Repair .Sychrony Is Also A ********* For Ashley As Their Own Personal CC Service. Sychrony Only Protects Ashley NOT The Consumer...BBB Needs To Look Into This Poor Quality Furniture Scam Witth NO CONSUMER PROTECTION ..AN F RATING WOULD BE TOO GOOD!!

      Ashley is a.JOKE!! I'LL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN!!! I PURCHASED A $957 WAY OVERPRICED QUEEN SIZE MEDIUM FIRMNESS MATTRESS 8-31-23. Delivered 9-16-23. Delivery perfect. Slept on the mattress 1 friggen night. I have M.S. **** "medium" mattress was SOOO soft/plush I had ti call 911 to get me out of the bed. **** CANNOT happen daily. Since this is an internet deal how can I test the product??? Ashley doesnt provide a trial period 30 day since this is on the internet how do I know how it feels?? I contacted.the sales person who condescendingly told me she is a sales person not customer service. HOW UNPROFESSIONALtreating a customer like a stupid. They dont care they got their commission off my over $2100 purchase. I conrtacted ***************** I explained my issue that I am disabled and the mattress is I believe is mismarked. No way I got a medium firmness mattress. Extra soft or PLUSH. I just want a firm mattress I can use. **************** tells me their policy doesnt accept returns exchanges or refunds. WORST POLICY EVER especially for internet sales where I couldnt even test before buying not even a FRIGGEN 30 DAY TRIAL FOR A $2100 PURCHASE!!! A BIG PURCHASE that has gone to.WASTE!!!! I just want a FIRM mattress I can use!!!

      I have NEVER had such a HORRENDOUS and AGGRAVATING experience as with Ashley Furniture!!We purchased a dining set and matching console. First we were told the console fell off the truck and would have to be delivered again (ok accidents happen) but the phone calls and wasted time to have that happen another story. Then after one day one of the legs of the upholstered chairs to the dining table was caving in. Luckily no one fell off We were told to UPLOAD PICS of the chair and then theyd send tech to fix Waiting waiting after MANY calls said they never got pics Had to resend and this is insanity if a customer says there is damage take their word Finally tech came and not more than two hrs later leg bends in again I call and told I have to UPLOAD PICS AGAIN for tech to come back After many more calls we insisted we wanted a new chair but they insisted on more pics So we were forced to do that Got new chair finally and bottom peg of one leg to adjust height was broken We kept it not to deal with this anymore bc we had ANOTHER issue We had ordered a King ********* set in July 2023 and received the wrong one We had to bring it back ourselves all the way to the store and they ordered the correct one Well heres when the NIGHTMARE begins They said wed receive it Sept 22 2023 As of Oct we never got it I started calling **************** OVER AND OVER AND OVER again being told they would look into it and someone would return my call in 24 to 48 hrs EACH TIME NO ONE EVER CALLED Tried calling store directly no one ever answer and then finally when I got through one day I was hung up on Given a corporate office # that was No longer in service My calls to them went on and on for weeks with no calls returned ever until this day of Oct ****************************************************************** been credited The LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS AWFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT You are put on a merry go round of NO ANSWERS NOR SATISFACTION NEVER AGAIN!

      On August 2023, I made a purchase of several items from Ashley Furniture, both in-store and online. Unfortunately, I have been facing numerous issues with my purchases, and despite my efforts to resolve them, it seems that nobody cares about my concerns.To begin with, I ordered a couch and a love seat, but they were delivered late. To my surprise, on the scheduled delivery day, nobody showed up. After contacting customer service, I was informed that they had over sold and would deliver my couches within a week. However, even after a week, only one of the couches was delivered, and it had a hole on it. Since then, I have been trying to get someone to fix the couch, but no one has come to address the issue.I have made several calls to the store, speaking to different individuals, but none of them have been able to provide a satisfactory answer or resolve my problem. It is incredibly frustrating.The second issue I encountered was with a breakfast nook that I purchased online. It arrived with chipped wood. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it was not their responsibility as it was from an outside vendor. However, I purchased it directly from their website, so it should be their responsibility. Eventually, they sent me a replacement, which resolved that particular problem.Furthermore, in late April, I bought a sectional couch that required some care. Since the purchase, I have experienced multiple issues and have booked a technician to come and fix it as part of the warranty I purchased. However, every time an appointment is scheduled, they fail to show up. This has happened three times in the past month and a half. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.Today, I called the store and requested a full refund due to the ongoing issues, but they laughed it off, which only added to my frustration. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of concern shown by Ashley F. regarding the problems I have encountered with my purchases.

      We purchased furniture from Ashley and after 6 months the end table started deteriorating. We checked with our pest control company, sent them pictures of end table and they said there are Wood Borers inside the leg of the end table cause the leg to deteriorate. Ashley Furniture has bugs in warehouse. They would not allow us to exchange table for a new one. Poor customer service; we have our receipt. I have called them and no satisfaction was give us with our receipt.
