I called the above number on May 25 2024 with no response.       I ordered a 2A bible book on 8/26 which was offered for $3.99 shipping & handling only-instead I was charged $22.44 instead for a worthless piece of c*** book.I tossed it aside & figured meh, whatever, I got taken then I started getting calls from some scammy rep of theirs telling me I owed them $77/month and if I didnt pay them, he would ruin my credit score because I didnt cancel the service but I never signed up for any service. I actually went to their website and tried several times to cancel it but their website cancellation section doesnt accept messages, it just returns an error. I then called the number listed and its for ************************************ Its COMPLETE FRAUD. So my sole resolution at that point was to call my credit card company & file fraud. My card was then cut off and I got a new card, which actually DID ding my credit score ************ is a total scam, Id like my $22.44 back and this company punished & shut down so others dont have to deal with what I, and apparently many, many other people, have had to deal with.

      Hi,

      I filed a complaint with you all

      & didnt get to respond as I had a family emergency, my daughter was hit by 2 drunken illegals while driving on I-95 and that took up all of my attention, trying to get her back home to ******* & figure out what to do about her car (they didnt have insurance).

       

      This matter is anything but satisfactory as the number the business provided to call, isnt even them.

       

      They said they issued a refund but they didnt as I had to change my credit card due to their agents calling & threatening to withdraw additional fees.

       

      His telephone number on his website rings to the ************************************ its not even close to true.

      October the 4th 2023 I was contacted by ugar LLC about a subscription and money that I owed which was $249. They said that they could reduce the fee to 149 so I could cancel my subscription. I requested that they need to cancel my subscription if there was one immediately. They said that they could not cancel the prescription until I paid $149. I spoke with two people which they could not give me a tracking number they referred me to their customer service department where I spoke to a person by the name of ****** and the other one her name was Porsche they could not provide a tracking number either and we're reluctant to give me any other information. I requested that they emailed me an invoice they informed that they could not. I told them that I wanted them to cancel my subscription again. They said that they could not cancel the subscription until I paid $149.UGAR LLC ACCT# ****** CANCELATION ************************************************************************* FUB MONTHLY **** Tracking # could not be provided 5 dvd bundle May 12, 2023 $149.97 discounted $249.95 Original *********************** *************************** ***************************** *********************** and ****** ************ Acct ID ****** This is the only information the company could provide to me I believe that they are trying to scam me out of money. I never received anything from them they could not provide a tracking number which is odd. Please help me get these people off my back. They said I paid a shipping fee but my credit card company could not find a charge from ugar LLC. Please help.

      in april 2023 i saw an ad for a free book just pay shipping. i gave my debit card for the transaction. there was no mention or advertisement for any subscription just the book. i recently was checking my bank statement {8/23} and realized i was being charged every month since. i called and they would only return 2 months worth of payments. extremely deceptive business!

      I ordered a book... "The Second Amendment Bible by *****************" in January of 2023. It was advertised as FREE only pay the postage. I paid the postage and checked no other offers for anything. I have looked through my library both digital and hard copy and I am not able to find the book so I'm not sure if I ever received it they did charge me $9.95. Now I have started to receive phone calls saying I needed to pay for a subscription for something, I do not know what. I did not order a subscription to anything from this company. I owe nothing to them, I would like them to just stop calling and perhaps send me the book but I would be happy if they just go away!!!!

      First, they were only suppose to charge me **** for "the second amendment bible" download and hard copy sent to my house. That was charged to my credit card in nov 2022. I never recieved anything and their link didn't work. I could deal with that, im out $10, nothing worth complaining about. A couple months later, they consistently start calling me (from pa phone numbers, unable to call them back) saying I owe them over $200, they sent all this stuff to my house through the **** and they will not stop calling me until I pay. They also threatened to go on my credit report. I was very polite at first. Told them I reviewed nothing. I don't want anything, stop calling me and don't charge my credit card. They refused and continue threatening me till present. This has to stop. I never approved more than **** and they took that off my credit card.

      I ordered the book 2nd amendment Bible from an ad I saw on ******* since then I have received numerous calls claiming that I subscribe to some sort of publication that's ongoing that cost me $100 a month they won't allow me to cancel until I pay the balance that is somewhere around $400 I don't have any of the specific details because I don't have any emails or hard copy papers to go by they do have my debit card information and obviously my phone number because they call me continuously I want to be unsubscribed and the money that I spent for the shipping and handling I want it to be returned I would gladly return their little book

      ***** ordered your 2nd Amendment Bible back in late February and the next day when all these other charges came through I called and ***** explained what the charges were and I asked him per *****'s request how do we cancel all this and get our money back. ***** advised he would cancel the subscription ***** didn't want and that products had been shipped already so once we get them and send them back we will be refunded. He refunded part of the money the day I called and when we received the book and DVDs I sent them back and called with the tracking number and received the remainder of our money back. Today I received a call saying that our subscription is still active and past due and we need to bring it current so it can be cancelled. What kind of c*** is that. Why was this not cancelled as we were advised it was and why 3 months later are we being hassled and threatened that Monday it will be escalated to the 3 credit Bureaus to mess up our credit for something we cancelled? Please explain this to to ** and cancel this subscription as we asked. ****** kept insisting I needed to bring account current to settle and cancel - that does not sound right it sounds shady!!!

      This company sent me a DVD for $5.00 shipping charge. I was not aware of any other charges. I tried calling the company direct to cancel this. I could not get through. I am now getting threatening phone calls telling me they are going to ruin my credit. I tried canceling verbally on the phone. Told me I have a outstanding balance. I responded not aware of any balance. I tried canceling again. They said they are going to continue billing me for subscription which I didn't subscribe to period. I already read the numerous complaints that this is a tactic they use. I am retired. On social security. I don't have extra money to throw away. I told them to stop calling me. They just call on a different number.
