The technician has us notified that he is on his way sometime within our scheduled time frame, is always on time, he is always polite, friendly and professional. He explains all that he has done and any issues he finds (if any). We count on Robert B Payne to keep us up and running and have never been disappointed.Review from Gordon R

We have used Robert B. Payne for several years now. The staff is always polite, professional and has the technical knowledge required. Last year they installed a new system for us. The pricing was fair and the service/installation was A-1.Review from Christine K

Technician arrived on time for our "spring tune-up", asked if I had any concerns or questions and got right to work. He was neat in appearance and wore "booties" over his shoes whenever he was in the house. When work was finished, he informed me of his findings (all OK!!) and asked again if I had questions and reminded me I'd get an e-mail from the company within 24 hours detailing the visit. Technician was both professional and friendly. Got right to work and did a thorough job. Did not mind me asking questions and explained fully on any questions I had. A good experience.
