What I initially anticipated as a smooth process with a company renowned for their stunning work on ***************** has turned into a complete nightmare.From burying electrical wires they werent supposed to touch and then cutting them to try and hide their error, resulting in subsequent complaints suggesting I should be grateful for avoiding an electrician's fee, to ***** concrete work leading to improper drainage (causing water accumulation near my basement windows), this experience has been riddled with issues. Even the colored concrete border required shaving and painting, yet the paint is already peeling. Furthermore, the drain work delegated to the concrete team, while admitted by the company, proved inadequate, as affirmed by the ******* overseeing my project.Each step has been fraught with disaster. I strongly caution against engaging this company for any home landscaping endeavors.Initially, *****, the supervisor, seemed amiable. However, his demeanor shifted after numerous attempts to address persisting issues, even after they purportedly attempted to rectify themtwice. He became confrontational, attempting to oversee other contractors' work despite the evident shortcomings in his own.After my initial ****** review prompted action from Mr. ********************* he agreed to address the issues contingent on me removing the review, which I did. However, when I requested to oversee the repairs, I was met with a response indicating his lawyer would contact me. Subsequently, I've had to enlist legal assistance, as multiple other contractors have confirmed the necessity to remove and replace Garcia's work.Despite Mr. Garcia's threat to remove the concrete before my son's graduation party, he now refuses to acknowledge or rectify the issues following the event.
