If I could give ZERO stars I would…… it seems to be tradition to just lock you into something you don’t actually want. This company is a complete dumpster fire. A 2.8 rating from ** is seriously a gift but their 1 out of 5-star review on BBB is definitely on par for the practices of this company. When it comes to customer service, they don’t have one. They have a phone member and an email that connects you to a dark hole of emptiness. 1 out of 20 times you MIGHT get to speak to a human. This is seriously being generous. As for on-site services, I spent $*** to watch a guy walk around my yard and do absolutely nothing but simply get in some steps. They lock you in tight though with their “contract” of trash agreement to pretty much imprison you into paying for a messed up “order” every visit regardless of how you feel about it. Basically, they will continue to take the money from your bank for their employees to check out the land and gather neighborhood intel on your dime. As for the sales team, that’s exactly what they are. They have a team of master liars to help get you locked in by simply telling you what you want to hear and not what’s actually going to happen. This includes a cancelation fee for providing crap service. Sadly, my wife was sucked into this well painted dumpster fire of a company in which I am the one stuck dealing with them and a locked-up bank account with them to take what they want regardless of how well they do, or they will hit you with the hidden hefty cancellation fee that they tell you isn’t a thing but them Bam, got ya. Thank you for all you do to keep our unwanted ************ for 12 months.
