I had one of the best drivers ever **** with the blue hair went above and beyond it was a pleasant ride with good conversation.

This is the worst cab service. They have false advertisement on their website. I reserved a cab for my son to be picked up in King George at 11pm when he got off work to be taken home. I reserved this a day in advance and never heard anything from anyone there but when I went back on the app I saw they canceled the cab only about 1 hour before he was supposed to be picked up. They never called me to inform me. I called the company and spoke to a woman there that basically told me it wasn't worth the money for a driver to come there. She was very rude and unprofessional. Then she calls me back at about 10:20 pm to tell me she found a woman to do it but that I needed to make sure I tipped her well to cover her gas. I told her that would be fine, I didn't want my son walking home so late and it is dangerous. Then she canceled the cab without informing me and I only found out after I called back in at 11:15 when my son called to say the cab wasn't there. So my son ended up walking home. This company needs to fix their false advertisements on their website and add a disclaimer that says we will only come pick you up if it is worth our time...

This is the worst cab service anyone could ever get! My cab was an hour late with no phone calls, text messages or anything. Once they finally arrived the cab driver was eating her lunch! She stopped by and picked up lunch before doing her job! Then I proceeded to get in the cab and call the company to tell them she stopped for lunch. Spoke with them briefly and the cab driver tried to argue with me that she is hyperglycemic and everything else lol! She told me "if you think you're going to get me in trouble your not"! I told her at that point to stop talking to me it wasn't worth my time. She then stopped the cab and told me to get out! Leaving me on the side of Courthouse Rd!!!! I got out of the cab, no problem and called the company again. They told me that they were not going to send another cab. I told them I was filling a complaint with BBB and leaving a google review. She said "they will dispute it with BBB"! I walked a mile and a half back to my home on the side of the street! I am 250lbs and luckily I was able to make it back! I do not recommend this cab service to anyone! If you have medical issues this is not the service for you. The cab driver apparently is right and the customers are wrong with this company! This company is terrible and I will never use their services again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either!
