The transaction date was Feb 8, 2022 for Spanish captioning services for ****** Video upload. on Feb 21, 2022 ****** said the captioning file was not in the correct format sent to Vanan for fix Received the fixed file and resubmitted it. ****** reported the same with the file on March 18, 2022 Asked for a refund per the 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee found on their website as the file failed 2 times. I contacted them and I went back and forth with customer service until they said they cannot issues a refund and that we can send the file back and they will submit it to Amazon. We are already uncomfortable with their service and not satisfied so and want our money back so we can seek the is service from a more reliable company. The amount was $****** total for a 5-day turnaround time. It has been over a month and still not working file. Lastly and this should have raised a red flag. After I had chatted with a sales rep and got a quote upon sending the payment to start the work I was told that I would have to pay more for another type of service. After much back and forth they did not charge this and guaranteed me the file would pass the ****** file criteria which it did not. I had to send them the script which I already agreed to do with the sales rep but they were saying that it would have to be translated.Business response
