************************************************, ** This project started with many empty promises and false advertisement. I had this company come to my home and install a water softener and water purifying system in my home. They made many promises and told me they would give me a great deal if I gave them a great review right away and then gave my grandchild a pass to the amusement park on the deal that I gave them a great review. I did not use the pass for the amusement park and did not give them a great review because this whole experience was horrible from the start.The water system only works for clean water in the sink not the refrigerator or ice maker. So I have to fill up bottles of water to cool to be able to drink and buy ice. How did this water system change my life? I fill up bottles instead of having them delivered full doesn't seem to be a step up but it costs me thousands to do this. I can't use my water or ice maker in my refrigerator so there is no change. The spout the water come out of is off on the counter by the sink and the system takes up the space under the sink for storing things and I still need to bottle water. Warm drinking water I have to fill bottle with and cool is not worth thousands of dollars in any way. This was a complete waste of money!The water softener itself has stop working twice now. I can tell exactly when it stops working by the change in the water. I call for this supposed 24/7 and they came 2 weeks out and yell at me and talk so rude to me. This time I call to tell them it's not resetting and they tell me I am wrong it is fine.They made light of my disability and I find it absolutely disgusting that a grown man would make light of a person suffering. This group is so unprofessional, they lie, they disrespect the handicap. The rudest people I have ever dealt with.
