              Trash pickup is on Wednesdays for our area. Only recycling was picked up on Wednesday this week. Called Thursday morning and was assured that a truck would be by to pick up my garbage. Called again Thursday afternoon and told the same, was told to be patient as their truck will run as late as 6pm. No pick up happened that day. Repeated the same process on Friday, was told the problem had been elevated to a supervisor because they were supposed to be by Thursday. At the afternoon call (2:30pm) I was told that a truck was in the area to pick up my trash. As of 5:30pm, trash is still out there. I have no confidence they will pick up my trash in the next 30 minutes, which leaves me with over full trash cans until Monday or take the trash to a dump myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for this service. Multiple residents in my community experience this on a regular basis. Why am I being charged for a service if they are not actually providing the service?

              My recycle bin has not been emptied in the last 3 weeks. I pay ******** trash service to pick up both my trash and recycle one time every week and have paid them for this service over the last year or so. Three weeks ago they stopped picking up our recycle. I filed 3 complaints with no resolution. No contact? Nothing? Crickets!I want my trash picked up weekly and I want my recycle picked up weekly. Is that to much to ask for? That is the service I am paying for!!!
