            We ordered furniture; a bed and two nightstands in Feb 2021. They were delayed time and time again. When they did arrive on 10/13, the hardware was not included to put the bed together. I called immediately and spoke to Jeremy who said they would do a dock check to see if the hardware was left and he would call back the next day. No one called. I called Customer Service on 10/15 where someone hung up on me after I asked for the hardware to be mailed. I called back two more times to have the call disconnected. I called again and asked for a manager. This time I got a Gracie who said Ms. ****** was in a meeting and she would call me back in an hour. I just want the hardware to put the bed together. That is all. I have furniture strung out throughout my bedroom, hall, and living room and I would like to have it cleaned up and put together.

            I ordered a washer and dryer from ** and it was suppose to be a 10 day shipping.I ordered 9/4/2021. I did not hear anything from then shipping company till I emailed ** and asked where the washer and dryer was and they came back on 9/15/2021. and said they scheduled a delivery on 10/9/2021. 10/9/2021 no show waited all day and no contact from the carrier about any delay. I had to contact ** again on 9/11/2021 and they said the washer and dryer was rescheduled for 9/21/2021, no reason why just a reschedule and no attempt to schedule a sooner date . Now here I am waiting for the date 9/21/2021 wondering if they will show up or not. Not a very customer friendly shipping company and I would not recommend anybody use them. I will update the 21st.
