              Before we had purchased the house in September we had had an inspection done which stated multiple things needing to be fixed. There were some repairs that they did that could be categorized as half done or blatantly ignored. When contacted to fix said problems we were told it was not his fault and that warranty needed to be used. In January our water heater had short circuited, it was determined by local fire department that the wiring in the heater had blown/short circuited and the whole heater needed to be replaced. We then proceeded to have to argue with **** Hardy until he was told that the fire department said we could've lost our house, and that he needed to replace the faulty heater. He then proceeded to ignore further texts about promises he made later in the previous year about coming back to either repair or, finish certain jobs that were left undone. This isn't the first time we have been given these false promises either. (pictures/screenshots to follow)
