We used a Fredericksburg **** realty principal broker to sell our home in 2019. The principal broker actually had to step in for the selling agent. The experience was terrible as well as the treatment we received and things that were said to us via text/email. The only saving ***** at that office is the agent we used, *****, who helped us in the purchase of a new home. I have asked multiple times over the past 3 years for the **** solicitations to stop being sent to our new address. I received another one this week.The solicitations are addressed to ******* and ************************* Are you able to assist in making sure this business no longer sends us solicitations. We DO NOT want to receive anything further from **** and will never support the business based upon the treatment and experience we had. I also reached out to the main **** office via Messenger. I have attached this message via pdf. I never heard back from them at this time either. I just want to stop being reminded of this experience and wish for ALL solicitations to stop.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Just a little background, we removed the ******* from all email, phone, and physical mailing databases upon receipt of ******************* last request. *********************** removed their information, in my presence. After investigating the ******* receipt of a Nest mailer this month, our marketing team discovered that an old Friends of Nest mailing list was pulled by a new employee at our headquarters for *************************** magazine mailer. The mailing was completely unintentional and not directed by Nest Realty Fredericksburg or ***********************. In order to ensure this does not happen again, all old lists of Friends of Nest mailings for both *********************** and ******************* have been deleted from all Nest Realty Group's databases. The headquarter's employee has been removed from employment with Nest Realty Group.
We apologize for any trauma this might have caused and have made every effort to make sure it will not happen again.
