            This was not what I expected. It was far better. Mr. ******* arrived on time for our appointment and spent about 2 hours on our roof looking it over carefully and taking many photos. He showed us the photos and fully explained the condition of the roof and what he would do to correct any issues. He explained the Roof Maxx cost and estimated what re-shingling would cost in comparison. He also told us that he was prepared to go to work and complete the job right now, same day. We accepted and he got right to work by himself with no crew to assist.Our roof is a "Transitional". Meaning complicated looking and with some (to me) steep sloping sections. He was able to complete the job in 2 to 3 hours. I watched a good part of it and he pretty much soaked the roof with his product.Bottom line is that I am very pleased with the service, courtesy and skill as well as the cost. He offered discounts for ex-military, retired First Responder, and Seniors. As far as the quality of the product is concerned, this Winter will tell the tale but I am hopeful.Thank You; **** *******!
