      I messaged several times asking where my order was, I have been charged and received no reply or emails to respond to my queries about why I haven't received the order I paid for.

      on October 24 I made a purchase online with yourfishstore.com. It was for $79.04 for 5 rubber fish toys for dogs. I received the attached confirmation of my order but it has been total silence since then. i tried calling and emailing several times a day with no response. I have no tracking information, no shipping eta, nothing. If I can't have delivery immediately I want a full refund. This business should be shut down. It is a theft. They take your money and you have no product and no contact.

      Ordered fish. Said they would fill orders on Wednesdays. I've emailed and sent message via there chat and have gotten no response. After viewing other complaints they are all similar and full of excuses. Sick fish not healthy to small loads of excuses they appear to not have a store front. I want my fish shipped or i want commication from them as to why they haven't and when there expecting to ship them.

      Ordered online $****** worth of live fish on 4/13/2022. After ordering, attempted to contact business by email, phone, and online chat MULTIPLE times to request a change to the order/ get clarification of a question. I wanted to know if I can receive all male fish in my order. I asked them to please provide a refund if they cant provide only male fish in my order. I have received NO answer or response from them. After reading online since then, I have discovered that this appears to be how they do business. I no longer wish to have the order fulfilled due to the lack (or complete absence of in this case) customer service. This place needs to be shut down if this is happening over and over to customers.

      I ordered a fish from Your Fish Store, for a total amount of $***** (including shipping). I received an email that said the fish was being shipped out the next day, for delivery on the day after that. Since then, I have received no order and have received no responses to my emails. When I have attempted to call on multiple occasions, it immediately goes to a message that tells the caller to send a text or email to them. The communication from this seller is absolutely horrible.

      I purchased guppies and fish food on 9-14-21. After multiple calls/emails, I received the guppies but still have not received the two types of food I purchased (I have tried to follow-up with them multiple times on the food). I did get an email stating I would receive a refund, however, my credit card was charged the entire amount. I would like $***** credited to my visa.

      BUT I could not access the screenshot of the refund (please see image that was attached).  I would also like a one time payment - since we are a University it will make the business office happier (or you can just send the fish food originally ordered)

      I ordered and paid for live fish on 9/19. I received an email after chasing them down, That they would send out my shipment 2 weeks ago via fedex. Of course I was never sent a fedex tracking despite repeatedly asking. After initial email, they refuse to correspond with me via , text, phone, or email. I don’t want anything for free. They can refund my money or send me my fish. I have already asked my credit card company to dispute and reverse charges . Poor business practice and outright theft.

      We issued a few refund on this order.  The fish that we had instock at the time was very small and we did not deem good enough to ship out.  

       

      The full refund was issued on 07 Oct at 2:44PM
