Multiple issues with our new house being completed. Our home was not finished on time, and I had to deploy before I could move into our new house, so my wife and two girls had to move in with no help. It has been over five months, and there is a list of items that have NOT been addressed when Bobcat Builders said they would. I am highly concerned with our water cutting out frequently and smelling of sulfur will be a huge health issue for my family. I came home on leave for a couple of weeks, and nothing has been addressed and I feel they are taking advantage of my wife by not responding to her. Here is a list of issues to include, but not limited to:-Water Well: shuts off every time I use it- I was told it was not drilled all the way it was supposed to be according to water inspectors -Water from the water well reeks of sulfur. No filter was installed and should of came with the well -The dishwasher is not set in place -Bathroom and master bedroom doors do not stay closed -2nd light switch from the kitchen sink does not work -The Cabinet color on the island does not match -The drawer at the end of the counter does not open smoothly -The Cabinet door does not close -We can not get our truck in the garage the way the driveway curves, there is little room for any vehicle to turn, and fit into the garage -Siding in front of deck slopes -Poles on the back deck arent parallel- I am worried about weight on deck -There is only one plugin basement -Insulation is not consistent in the basement -Dead bolt in garage does not work - Anyone can easily break-in -Electrical panel is written upside down AND incorrect - difficult to figure out what switch is in the house -Shower head leaks -Grout in master shower has huge gaps -Random paint splatter in the master bathroom -Toilet paper holder in bathroom drilled into the cabinet- nails sticking out and I have kids in that bathroom -Screens on majority of the windows have gaps that do not prevent bugs from entering the house
