  Owner fraudulently obtained title in My name through his dealership. on 11/29/2022 I left my vehicle with a mechanic whom was also employed by sns cars **** for work to be done after a month of dragging his feet on completing My truck it was finally ready to go to paint. Please note mechanic was Paid and at no time was repair work any obligation of sns cars however repair was sole responsibility of auto mechanic located at **********************************************************. We departed for vacation on the 29th of December after truck was delivered to ***** in ********* ** by ***************************** and was put under sns cars account by ***************************** who is said mechanic as mentioned above. We come to learn that on 12/31 truck was taken from. ***** after painting was done and was never seen until 1/6/2023 because it was reminded that vehicle title was with registration papers in truck console as would be issued by department of motor vehicles unsigned for issuance of sale to anyone let alone sns cars or mechanic we placed a title replacement on jan 1st via dmv online truck was in my name still under dmv when we checked back the 4th for online status and it was noticed it was off our dmv dashboard and soon learned re assigned to sns cars fraudulently there's been no cooperation from sns cars he's been very unprofessional on all levels from racist slander referring to us from my area "dumb hillbillies" and even went as far as to saying that potentially could have caused a man's death he had previously been sued by in Sept of 2022? Irregardless this is completely un acceptable behavior and abuse of authority by a dmv representative. There's no proof in existence I've ever conducted business there nor have I ever insinuated I'd even sell it. Sns cars as well as ***************************** are said to be responsible for ripping a good bit of individuals off.   In response to the above complaint , there are many wrong statements made. We do not employ a Mechanic nor do We do mechanic work for the public. The 2007 *** **** was given as collateral for the purchase of 2012 ****** Maxima by ********************************* on 12/27/2022. The signed title was delivered to us by **********************. There was no payment made on the ****** Maxima as agreed upon at the time of sale .We picked up the *** **** from ***** to protect our collateral. ********************** was notified by registered mail on 01/27/2023 that if payment was not received, We would liquidate the collateral as well as repossess the ****** Maxima which is in process now. We have not been contacted by neither ************************ or ****************** about any of this.

  My name is ************************* I purchased an 01 ***** ********* **** in Front Royal at S N S cars. When the vehicle was sold to me I was informed that the vehicle had around 81,000 miles on it which also the odometer said as well. During the time of purchase I signed an as deal the owner specified the as is deal only pertained to him not being responsible for supplying any type of warranty. He boasted how much of a great truck it was and it was a once in a lifetime find to get a truck with that year and such low miles. Not ONCE DID HE EVER mention ANYTHING about a possible rollback odometer reading or the milage being inncorrect. The only way I found out about this is because I happen to inquire at another dealership about possibly trading my truck in for another vehicle and was shocked to find out that the dealer originally lied to me and the odometer was rolled back, back so much that the original miles were over 300,000 now my vehicle has cost me thousands of dollars in repairs and now it is immobile and now I'm without a vehicle. Below I will attach the new dealership in which I inquired about trading my truck in these are the ones that brought the trucks true odometer miles to my attention.

    I have received the above-mentioned complaint in the mail today.

  This Vehicle was purchased on 01-18-2019 . The customers were aware the vehicle was being sold as is and not actual mileage .

  All the documents signed by the customers reflect that the mileage is not actual. They received copies of all the signed documents. The vehicle was advertised for sale on ******** and it was mentioned on the ad that miles were not actual. Please see attached.

  I have emailed the customer today to see what is wrong with the vehicle to see if there is anything we can do to help.
