      Ordered a pickup order through their app as I have done before without issue. Paid with my card through the app and received the confirmation order was received and was given a pickup time. Went to pick up my order for myself and my kids for dinner and staff claimed they did not get our order. I spoke to the manager, showed the manager my order confirmation, the proof I was charged and the receipt that shows inside the app when I log in. The manager argued with me in front of other customers trying to claim it wasnt from todays date, when I again pointed out in the app and my payment receipt it was indeed the correct date and time she still refused to complete my order. I asked how to be refunded for the charge if she wasnt going to make and give me our food and she told me to look it up on the website, have a good day and walked off. I attempted to contact the merchant but there is only email option, no chat or phone support. I emailed to no help. I would like my $61.66 back for food I never got.
