      It is not unreasonable to expect that my house looks like it did when the installer arrived. That was not the case here. There was some kind of chalky substance left all over the garage floor both times, I shouldn't have to clean up after them. Also, there was a gap on the side of the door when I pointed it out the installer took a piece of wood and started hammering, causing hammer marks and paint removal on the trim. When I asked him to stop causing damage he said it wasn't damaged it just needs paint. I should not have to repair the damage or repaint because of this unprofessional installation. This was the third time I was required to be home between 8-5, I was told I would receive a call when on the way. The first time he showed up at 3:00 without a call. the second time they didn't show up at all.The complete lack of concern for my property and my time is not good customer service. Would not recommend.

      We upgraded 3 garage motors for smart functionality via Costco. The staff is very professional, and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

      Installed a new Liftmaster garage door opener, arrived on time, was arranged via COSTCO, install went well, opener working as advertised, happy with opener and Door Pro America Inc installation.

      The process of ordering, paying for, and consulting on our garage door was simple and smooth. Since we contracted through Costco, we also got an amazing rebate. Highly recommend!

      Door Pro America failed miserably. We ordered a new Amar door and Liftmaster opener on 3/2/22 with Paul. They called and scheduled installation for 5/17/22. On 5/16/22 a lady called and said they wouldn't be here, they discovered it was wrong the door, apparently don't check when products arrive, only just prior to installation. I called Door Pro America three consecutive business days, was told each time the Customer Service Mgr would give a call back, never heard from her. Finally, on being told a third time the Customer Service Mgr wasn't available, I told the receptionist it was time for her to be in the office and asked for the company manager/President or they could cancel the order. Magically, the Customer Service Mgr got "out of her meeting." All she did was read the notes from the receptionist, refused to take any responsibility, just said it will be another 4-6 weeks, they couldn't rush the manufacturer. I asked about their process to check products are correct on arrival; it went right over her head. Didn't help any, offered us nothing for our wait or frustration, just wait. They apparently are are in competition for the worst customer service possible!

      Inflated pricing. Does not honor "Best Price Guarantee" and price gouges. They charged me $850 for a spring replacement when three national competitors charged $300-$400 for the same service. Make sure you shop your service prior to committing to working with DoorPro. They do not honor their best price guarantee and are taking advantage of COVID19 inflation impacts.

      Deceitful, misleading and unprofessional customer service. I purchased a new home with a garage door installed by Door Pro America (DPA). I have open and closed the garage door less than 100 times with numerous issues of the door not opening because of tracking problems before the door bottom rollers popped out of track. The door is under warranty for repairs and service. I called DPA customer service(CS) for a service and repair and was given a date of two days between the hours of 8-11am, before a service person could show up to my home. The next day the DPA CS person called to change my date by 24 hours. On the day of scheduled service at 8:30am, I call DPA CS to verify my scheduled service call were I was informed that the repair-person will now be showing up after 11:00am. At 11:30, I called DPA CS again and informed that the service person would be showing up between 12-5pm. The CS person stated "we are in construction so we have changes." I told her you also have phones where you can call the customer and inform them. She would not provide the service person number to confirm my time for the day. POOR Communication, Waste of customer valuable time, unprofessional attitude and weak customer service.
