I ordered a dog collar from this business a month ago & received the item with no issues, other than delayed shipping. However then I placed a 2nd order, paid in full, and received no update after pressing "Place Order". Not even a confirmation email. Now today I go to their website and the website doesnt exist. It's been shut down. This ***** STOLE my money. With the amount of complaints against this woman, I'm not sure how the authorities arent after her. Its grand larceny at this point.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 items from this business and never received. I got an email saying the items shipped a month ago but they never moved from Pre shipping. A label was created but the package was never mailed . I have called, emailed, text messaged with no response . I’ve also filed a claim with ******. Don't make the same mistake I did. I ordered several products from them a few months ago. I paid in full, and even opted for the 2 day shipping to get the product quicker. They sent an automated email stating that the shipping label had been created, and gave me a tracking number, however, they never shipped the goods. I've emailed/called, upwards of 6-7 times. I've requested a refund, I've asked where the products are, however, they have never responded or even acknowledged any of it. Upon further research, it seems that this is extremely common, and that this business regularly scams people and steals their money. They act as if the products must have been lost in shipping, however, they never actually ship the products. They steal money, and I can only assume that they have likely stolen tens of thousands of dollars, if not more, from their customers. Even reputable financing apps such Afterpay have them listed, and it is very shocking that they are still in business. There are hundreds of similar reviews regarding MOBF online, but not on their website. They manipulate the reviews to make it appear as if they are a reputable and honest business. Although they stole my money, and hundreds, or thousands, of other peoples money as well, they need to be stopped before they continue to operate this scam under the guise of a real business. I hope to see them answer to justice, and maybe even reimburse all of the people they have stolen from. Thanks you for anything you can do to right this injustice that has been goin g on for far too long already.
