My appointment with ********************* the ** for Commonwealth Sleep Center was on May 28, 2023 she assured me that the hose for my CPAP would be ordered and delivered. The first call I made that is saved on my phone was on June June 16, 2023, I believe that that is when the wrong size hose was ordered by this company I called to have it rectified, no one could tell me anything, On June 19th I called again they told me that the hose size was not on my prescription and asked me about the make and model of my machine and what size hose they sent to me and asked me to send a picture of the hose. I called again on June 20th to follow up on the email, I had to leave a message they called me back yet I was unable to answer the phone as I work full time and the call was between 0830-1700. I called back that same day and left a message. I called them again today June 27, 2023 at 0930 and left a message to follow up on the email as I haven't received a hose that fits my machine, I left a message. I called back today at 1112 asking to speak to some one about the hose I received that doesn't fit my machine and the hose I need, I asked if I was going to be charged for the hose they sent that didn't fit my machine, no one who answers the phone can tell me if I will be charged for their mistake. I have spoken with the same gentle man several times and during this phone call he told me that a hose was sent out sometime and that I should receive it sometime this week. I have paid my bills and done what has been asked of me. I have also explained that I am an epileptic and that lack of quality sleep lowers my thresh hole for seizure activity. I have called this office too to complain about ********************* ** and her persistent talk about my weight, I am 5'5 and weigh 220 lbs. I know that I am fat and don't need to be put down and scolded by her. I did notice that she mentioned my weight only once this latest visit.Initial Complaint

I have had numerous issues with this company and the way they bill us. I receive statements/bills quarterly. They are NEVER up to date. In the latest incident, they still had not even cashed a check I had mailed them at least 30 days prior to receiving the next statement. I had to call them. Their billing people are apparently in India or Pakistan, I cannot tell which country. But the phone rings like a non-American phone and it's definitely a long-distance call. When I called to complain this last time, I never spoke with anyone. I only received a call back after 3 days of leaving multiple voice messages on their line. While they told me they did receive the check and my wife verified that it had been cashed, they then told me what the remaining balance was. I demanded a corrected version of the billing statement and never heard anything back from them. I am complaining because they are CONSISTENTLY wrong and it is so difficult to get in touch with them.Initial Complaint

Finished a one year period of using a CPAP machine. After that year, In Dec. 2019, I was told that my trial period was done and that the CPAP was mine and that I didnt need to pay anymore on it. In Jan. 2020, I was informed that I was turned over to collections for $80. I paid the $80 and made sure to confirm that it would be taken out of collections. Two days ago, while trying to refinance, I found out my credit score is low. Checked my credit report and noticed I've been in collections for 1 year 7 months. I recieved no notification from Commonwealth Sleep Center regarding an outstanding bill. They have all of my contact information. Never received any bill by mail, notification by email or phone. I called yesterday and was informed that I have a $0 balance with the company. Talked to someone else and they informed me I owe $255. The company tries to scam people into paying bills they dont owe, and will turn them over to collections wiithout notifying them of a bill.Initial Complaint

I was issued a CPAP from Commonwealth Sleep center (CSC). Shortly thereafter, the manufacturer (********) issued a worldwide recall because the machine potentially emits a deadly gas from the insulation. I was told not to use the machine. CSC still bills me every month for the machine. I told them I will return it. They refuse, saying they cannot take it back because they cannot issue it to another patient. I asked why I am still being billed for a product I cannot use. They said they will continue to bill me because that is the deal they made with ******* (my insurance). I spoke to ******* and they said it was between me and the provider (CSC). They continue to bill ******* $1575 (with me paying a monthly co-pay) for a recalled item that is not useable, in fact, potentially deadly. They have not offered any alternative and insist I must pay for the product I cannot use.
