Would give a zero if I could. Horrific customer service, inflated prices for items and the business appears to the a piecemealed to make it look like it has accuracy and operational legitimacy. I also had my insurance company flag them for potential other unethical behaviors. It is unfortunate that you invest your time and they could care less.

I was warned by the Fort Belvoir Hospital Sleep Clinic that they have had problems with Commonwealth and have been recommending that Tricare remove them for treatment of Veterans. I needed two questions answered and he wouldn't answer them until I had see him 2 more times he said "I need to make sure the treatment is working". I've had a CPAP since 2014 and had expressed to him that I need the letter for overseas work because I am a contractor with DOS. Thankfully the DVA answered the questions: "To whom it may concern Mr. Burnell N***** (DOB 9/9/67) is effectively treating his obstructive sleep apnea with maintaining healthy weight and wearing CPAP nightly. No significant symptoms (excessive daytime somnolence or short term memory loss) with current treatment. Vet is able to safely perform tasks of CCR Tech Il essential job duties." DR. Sanjeev K****, kept insisting that he needed the chip from my CPAP and my question was "will the information on the chip tell you if I have excessive daytime somnolence or short term memory loss?" the answer is NO. I have never been over weight, never smoke, served 22 years in the Army and am still in pretty good physical shape with a 33" waist at 5'11". Please remove me as a patient.

This company is a fraud. They will bill you for items and not let you know. They will not send you a bill in the mail, call you or send you an email that you owe them money. Instead they will turn you over to collections. My credit has been getting hit for over a year. Not one word from anybody about oweing any money or being turned over to collections. Avoid this scam of company at all costs.
