We have had issues with this business for a while. In the beginning they reported after weeks of issues of picking up trash late, or not picking it up at all, that they were down an employee due medical issues. We decided to give them a chance due to that. Things got better briefly. Then trash pick up issues started again, this excuse was they were down a truck. This was when we could get someone on the phone. Gave them a second chance. Again got better briefly and then it started all over again. My husband called multiple times to cancel their service and could not get anyone on the phone and no response from the company. So he wrote in a payment with check to cancel the service and get the trash can. They never did. Then a bill came in saying we were past due and they were attempting to charge a late fee, husband called and actually got someone on the phone who waved the late charge and said they had some billing issues. Things were good again and then we started having issues with pick up and getting our bill. Instead of sending us one for 3 months they sent us one for 6 months with a late fee. I attempted to call multiple times, no response. Payment sent in. Billing after that was fine and sent 3 months later. Then again we got a 6 month one with late charges and increase in fees without notice. This bill was also received after the due date. I attempted to call and my husband did as well. Again no luck or response. So I sent in the bill payment with a letter stating we had been trying to get a hold of someone, we never received the bill they said we were late on, we were not informed of fee increases, received the current bill after that he due date, and we had attempted to call them with no success. I refused to pay the late fees but paid the increase in service. I also informed them that if we continued to have these issues I would contact the state attorney general and FTC. No response. Today received another bill with a late fee. We are done with them.
