My house caught on fire March 2020. Everything started out great even with covid just starting. Months later , not so great. No shows for scheduled appointments, showing up without scheduled appointments. Good thing my husband was not working or we would have missed a lot of work. I would call no answer or someone else would call me instead of the person I needed to talk to. Called with concerns about drywall, was told it would be ok, it's not. Wrong flooring was put down in August 2020 a cheaper grade than what I ordered and I was not consulted about the change or the price difference. The only way I knew it was different is because there was a piece left behind and I compared it to the sample of what I ordered. The flooring I ordered was put down again October 2020 in the cold and was cut out in my driveway at 9:00 pm. Seems are gapped or overlapping and bubbles in vinyl. Was charged for things that did not happen and was taken off bill but bill still remained the same?? Someone showed up on November 11 2021 to fix a wall finally. Was told they could fix the floor but that requires all of my living room furniture removed from house including cook stove ,refrigerator, dish washer ,kitchen island which will make the third time. I have not signed off on the completion certificate but the big boss I guess was told we are having warranty work done. What ever happened to customer service?? I will give them a 1 star because I can't give a 0. If you do hire them please make sure you document and check that you are getting what you ordered.
