********************** cut down a tree sapling that I have been growing for over three years. This was a small Christmas like tree. I am furious as it is obvious that it was a small tree planted appropriately and in a sectioned off area. It was planted in the memory of my late grandmother. This is incredibly disturbing. My security camera shows footage of the landscaping company cutting it down without permission or asking. I will provide videos if necessary.Customer response

They damaged my vehicle and dont want to cover the charges to repair the mirror as they think a child did it when kids dont even play outside or better yet around the cars. The workers they use are the only ones that go in the rock beds and let rocks fly and damage people vehicles.Initial Complaint

James River Grounds damaged the siding on my house 4 times now. I am having the siding replaced in July and the siding company told me what the cost would be for (1) board replacement. The cost to James River Grounds is $28.64. I've been told by the mgr. *************************** that he would bring me payment for the damaged board on 5/31/22 and again on 6/3/22 and he did not come or send the check. I'd like help in getting me to pay for the damage.Customer response
