Early this year I contacted Texas tires in ******** to get equipment for my truck the equipment was quoted to me at 5400 dollars the sales person would not help me without filling out an application with koalifi they had me fill it out and told me to agree to it that way they could help me I told them I didn't need financing that I could pay for the equipment they refused to help and coarsed me into filling out the application not once did they cover payment arrangements nor did they explain anything past that I was approved I went in to get the service done and tried to pay but they refused to take my payment at the location to check online when I finally got to checking online instead of charging me 5400 it was well over 6200 dollars and they had started to try and withdraw money from my bank account without my permission I tried to contact both business to have it resolved both koalifi and Texas tires refused to help me and that they had nothing nice to tell me so I should not bother them again. As far as koalifi they went from trying to charge me 6200 for something that I was only told was 5400 and now that amount has more then trippled asking me to pay them well over ****** dollars
