      I am trying to buy seasonal reserved tickets for the ********************** varisty games. I tried it Friday Sept 24 2023 while at the stadium to buy the tickets but I keep getting a error message. I was on the app. Two of your workers tried to assist however they ended up just giving me some comp tickets. But I had already purchased 5 tickets that I did not use those seats. Now today Tuesday night I go online and try and order tickets and I receive the same error message. I tried it twice then I called and spoke to a rep first he told me that I could not order the tickets because it's a freeze until Oct. Then I sent him the link but the tickets I wanted was not available so he said he had to send the account manager a email to release the tickets. I at that time told him he is not addressing the issue of this error issue. Then he told me that next time I need to complete the transaction. Now how am I supposed to complete the transaction when I am getting an error. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said no. They don't have anyone available I said have one call me back he said it's a small company and they don't work like that I am ****** off because this is day two and I still don't have the tickets and your rep over the phone just was no help

      I purchased tickets to my son's high school basketball game on 1/22/2022. The game was ********** high school vs ******, however the game was canceled. I reached out to the support team who had at first told me the game was completed when I knew it was not because my son plays for ****** high school. I reached out to the school's administrator ms. Jones who said ticket spicket was aware. The communication is unbelievable. I have still not received a refund or a callback. After I was told they were having issues applying a refund and to call customer support. Today was the second time I was told I would receive a callback I have no faith in this company. At this point I would like a refund mailed to me in check form. Due to the fact im tired of waiting on $***** and the lousy runaround.

      The owner stated he has been trying to get in touch with the consumer he has left her messages to give her his personal phone number. He also stated he need her address to send her a paper check due to there processor not working.

      It seems this business has a history of not resolving refunds from the recent complaint I saw on your BBB site. So here's my emails with this shady business that claims they respond in "a few hours." I sent the last e-mail an hour ago after no response for over 32 hours. The only way for games at this school is through this business, no cash, nothing, only them. That is wrong. ....... I don't know if this got lost on the mail... School: Centerville High School Centerville, Ohio Game: 9th/JV/Varsity Centerville vs. Mount Notre Dame 12/28/2021 4 pm Confirmation number, well that is a good question because like I said I got an error when I purchased the ticket, tried again, it worked, but... I don't know what that confirmation number was on the screen. I immediately went to my ticket, it said I had two tickets much to my surprise because I only ordered and wanted one, got into the game with one of those tickets (not sure which confirmation number it corresponds to from the two emails I received later -- those are  ******** and ********).       On 9/21/21 I purchased (2) tickets ($***** total) via their website. The game for 9/24/21 was canceled by the High School who then submitted a refund request. No refund arrived so I have been in contact with Ticket Spicket four times and every time I am told, "No one is avaliable, we'll call you back." I never get a call back.
