  We have a large patio, walls, kitchen, and pool area that was not done correctly and now is unsafe for family to be in back yard. Multiple hazards. We have asked for corrections to be done even before work was completed and told by company they would be back to fix and correct errors. We have been put off continually for over year now.. I have spoken to the owners work crew multiple times and they have admitted to not properly doing the job providing drainage, compacting ground with proper equipment, stone, etc. construction of stone walls and columns was not done by industry standards thus leading to leaning and walls about to collapse. **** said they knew shortcuts were being done but they were instructed to proceed because other jobs were waiting.

  The project was completed 2 years ago per the proposal and there was no warranty on the contract.

  **** the owner has promised for past 14 months to come and repair work that failed even before job was finished.  His crew has also told me he cut corners and did not do things properly.

  Thank you for following up! I have multiple texts from inspired Hardscapes letting me know that would be back to fix their job that started failing within weeks of finishing.  Our walls and columns are now starting to fall and the patio is sinking and uneven.  Our outdoor kitchen is also failing with counter tops separating from sinking walls.  I have more photos and texts I was not able to attach to site from lack of room.
