      He's a Pro. **** texted me when he was 45mins away. He gave a nice greeting and introduced himself. Once there, he allowed me to explain the issue at hand and the steps I had started to take as a homeowner. He did not over talk or try and rush through. He allowed time for my questions. He gave me the costs of services, no pressure was placed on me at all. He even pointed out an issue in my crawl space with my ac unit that *** need to be checked on. WOW, that isn't even his job, that shows you that they are really looking out for you. After **** left, (because there i always something you forget to ask) I called and texted him and he called right back. He was still in my area and came back to assist me. Now that is A+ service. I know there are several techs that will be coming to my home for continued and preventive maintenance I wish **** would be my personal service tech every time, but I understand. I hope all the future techs who come to our home are as courteous, respectful, approachable, and as accommodating. Thank you ****, thank you Pest Masters.

      Swarming termites inside my house on Memorial Day weekend, eeeek!! Justin’s calm, confident demeanor and deep knowledge base came through loud and clear through my phone. He helped me from becoming totally overwhelmed. He spent time answering all my questions and gave lots of valuable information. Before hanging up, I knew what treatment I wanted and scheduled it. Tuesday morning, Zeb completed his portion of the treatment - the perimeter of my house. I learned additional treatment was needed for the termites found in my crawlspace. Adam and Justin came the following day for a more thorough look at the crawl space while applying the treatment there. Because of Justin, I was better informed for selecting treatment, and he and Adam helped me understand what needs to be done to treat the existing mold/mildew and managing moisture control in my crawlspace. They all were very professional and more than willing to explain what and why until I understood. I highly recommend this company. Great price, immediate response, and no pressure. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
