We’ve been to Jack’s multiple times and normally it’s always good, no complaints. But today, was totally different. We got our food $42.50 worth, and parked down towards the end of the parking lot & we ate in my truck. My daughter decided she didn’t want her 2 hot dog buns, so I tossed them out for the birds or stray animals. My son took our trash to the trash cans and we were getting ready to leave when this woman that we believe is the owner, in a hot pink Jack’s T-shirt approached my truck with a hateful look on her face, holding the 2 hot dog buns in her hands, and sharply asked me, “DID YOU THROW THESE OUT?” I said replied, yes. She quickly and rudely asked me, “WHY?” I said for the birds or stray animals. She said, “THIS IS TRASH!” I replied, it’s just bread, the birds or strays will eat it. She snapped, “I DON’T WANT ANIMALS IN MY PARKING LOT!” I said, ok but you could have been polite and not so rude about it. As we were driving off she started yelling at us. Mind you I had my 4 young children with me as this woman was putting on a show yelling at us. I will NOT return to Jack’s ever again. I’ll take my money, and my family elsewhere.

I've spoken to both employees that were witness to this incident, and some of what you've described is true. However, you failed to mention what initially brought attention to your vehicle. That was, you screaming and cursing at your children so loudly that it could be heard with your windows rolled up. Concerning the hot dog "buns" that you threw out of your vehicle and onto our driveway, what you're describing having done is actually a misdemeanor in Virginia, and is punishable as described here: "Any person convicted of a violation of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not less than $500 or more than $2,500, either or both. In lieu of the imposition of confinement in jail, the court may order the defendant to perform a mandatory minimum of 10 hours of community service in litter abatement activities." Here's that full article, if you wish to learn more: *********************************************************************** I see that you have shared this same review on other platforms and with the BBB. I would suggest that you consider removing your review here and elsewhere, or risk being charged with a crime and fined.
