The business agreed to provide a concrete driveway for ******* in Nov 22. This was a bad experience and a lengthy process before they made thd driveway presentable. It was to the point they agreed to pull up the concrete and start over if need be. I am complaining that the drive cracked in July from the apron to the street. Upon notifying them they were always going to take care of it. They stated they would come fix it and set dates twice and were a no show. I stated I was no longer tracking them down, I was contacting the **** That resulted in them setting the most recent no-show appt. I need your help. I fear the owner plans to flee the state.

Customer complained of crack in driveway. We do not warranty our concrete jobs for cracks. Weather and wear and tear affect the stability of concrete, both are out of our control. We responded to the customer on Friday 10/6/203: the crack was cleaned and grinded smooth. Adhesive caulking was applied to fill in the crack.Customer response

I did not receive information from BBB to comment on my satisfaction. I have heard nothing from you until now. Doncrete has provided no information in writing as to what the one-year warranty includes. He has taken the attitude, sue me. Daring me to spend another $*** *n a lawyer. His company came by my house when I was not home and drilled the Crack. The drilled crack is starting to expand by cement flaking. He said **d was responsible for the Crack, not him. How come I can't understand that. He provided no education throughout the purchase/process. It felt like I was given the bums rush.
