Took my 2018 (only 38K miles) to this dealership on 7/6/23. The vehicle faults were engine light would come on, the service electronic stability control light would come on, and the analog speedometer would not display speed. I was told the ABS module might need to be replaced, but they could not guaranty the **** replacement would correct the issues and the main fault could still be elsewhere. I was also told the part might be on back order for forty days. I asked he service manager Mr. **** if the shop foreman could verify proper operation of the vacuum pump and its associated vacuum hose. I was assured that these items were checked and ruled out due to buss communication issues caused by a probable bad ABS module. The dealership ordered the replacement ABS module, (which arrived earlier than expected) but the wrong part arrived. They reordered the part a second time (arrived two days later) and installed it. I then received a report that the vacuum pump may be bad, due to new fault codes popping up. The service manager assured me that he would call me back to confirm, but that didn't happen. To date my Jeep has been at this dealership for over eighteen days without it being fixed. When I call, I'm usually directed to voicemail (which is not received or monitored by anyone) and when I do get someone on the phone, I'm told I'll get a call back, which rarely happens. The service dept and manager keep telling me that the work and communication delays are due to being short staffed and overworked. I feel like I'm being nicely blown off (with their decent demeanor over the phone) and with their sad excuses. I can appreciate delays in getting parts. However, there are no professional reasons why the troubleshooting has taken this long, why new problems are just now arising, and why they refuse to call me back in a reasonable time frame. This experience has been absolutely horrible, and I would recommend that people take their business elsewhere. I'll never be back!

Absolutely terrible. They tried telling my 2018 Dodge Journey (85,000 miles) had a blown engine and bad catalytic converter, and it would cost me $****** to fix. Had it towed to an independent car shop and come to find out it just needed Connecting Rod bearings and the converter blown out. Ordered the parts from them and they forgot to even order the parts!!! I will never take my car to dodge again! They lie and try to get as much money out of you as possible, and the management is very rude and does nothing about the employee's incompetency and scamming people in the service department. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to Winners Circle Nissan Dodge Dealership, on 1134 W Mercury in Hampton VA.

As a corporate global fleet manager, I reached out to Winners Circle to purchase a vehicle for a project in Hampton, VA. After offering the full asking price for the vehicle plus normal tax, title, registration, documentation fees, I was told that there was a $***** price increase to pay cash up front rather than financing with them. If this was disclosed somewhere on their website, it wasn't on the listing page. Their website even listed the same price for cash or finance. When I asked the ** / Sales Director directly if they were refusing to sell the vehicle for the cash price directly offered on their website plus customary fees, he said they would only sell it at that base price if we financed through them and reiterated the ****** *ncrease to pay by cash/wire. The list price on their website if you select either finance or cash was ********  I contact them offering the full asking price (plus tax, title, registration, documentation). I walked through with them that we intended to put down a ****** *eposit to hold the vehicle for a few days while setting up an ACH to fully fund the purchase. Afterwards, they agreed to let us have a local employee test drive the vehicle. After the employee inspected the vehicle, I emailed the ** / Sales Director with the information to write up a standard Purchase Agreement with out the door costs so we could make the deposit and move forward on payment. When I got him on the phone, he indicated the ****** price increase to pay cash, claiming that the price listed on the website was only if they finance the vehicle. (This is despite the website listing the same price when selecting "CASH" as the payment method.) When pressed that I wanted to purchase the vehicle at the price clearly offered for cash on their website, he abruptly ended the conversation. Fraudulent reviews: Reviews on ****** indicate that Winners Circle offers a free tank of gas in exchange for a positive review when buying a vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and the invoice when I scheduled the the appointment showed $0. I was thinking that it was free because I purchased my car there. The online scheduler automatically adds tire rotation and filter change, but still shows $0. I arrived to get the work done and never at any point before the work was done did anyone tell me how much it would cost. When the work was complete they charged me close to ****. I would have went somewhere else if I knew they were going to charge that much. I have never paid that amount for an oil change and tire rotation. They did give me a discount because I complained but I still feel like I was overcharged. I will never take my vehicle back to this location.

My son took his truck to this dealership for a headlight malfunction. To make a long story short, he is young and was completely taken advantage of for adding on additional items. He was only given one quote for the manifold which was ****** My son called us to ask about the work she spouted off so we called the dealership and no one ever returned our call. I called to ask about the ****** final bill (which was quoted to my son), I was told it was ****** approx. I tried talking with Wesley and he said he didn't have the authority to negotiate the invoice. He called me back with the service person on speaker phone (Valencia) she said she told my son every price and called with updated - that statement is totally false - he had call to check on the status every few days. Apparently she was out sick and now we have an astronomical invoice. We asked about doing work without consent and they said that is not their policy but Wesley said if the car was in the shop we would assume everything was a go but the issue is Valencia was out sick so they just fixed everything. My son is in the Navy and doesn't have that kind of money - he would have NEVER approved an invoice that high. They also put on 4 new tires without his consent. When Wesley called with Valencia they said the invoice was now ****** but they discounted to $*****. Now which invoice is right WHO KNOWS! I have called for the past two days with NO return calls. I was supposed to receive an email with the breakdown - never received. They still have my sons truck and lord only knows when we will get this resolved. So if you want to be a WINNER then I suggest going elsewhere.

Have had a vehicle with them for over a month. No one in service answers. I have left multiple voicemails with multiple people. My manager left their manager a message. No call back. Went up there on Friday no one was there. Have been in contact THREE TIMES IN A MONTH two of which was them calling me and asking me what we are doing to the vehicle. Absolute horrible communication. We will never use this dealership again for parts or service. I feel the only option left is to leave multiple reviews since they clearly do not check voicemail.

My complaint is directed at the service department at Winner's Circle. When I registered my vehicle in Virginia, I was notified that my vehicle had 2 recalls. (Both front airbags can produce ********** I called to schedule an appointment at Winner's Circle. The lady I spoke to at the serviced desk wanted to make sure the part got there before she scheduled the appointment. She called back the same day with a proposed appointment date and said that the parts should be there.

Today at the scheduled appointment, I was notified by a service desk attendant that one of the airbags was not there yet (he confirmed with supply). I was approached, while speaking to this gentleman, by a lady from the service department who stated that all recall services are scheduled for an inspection BEFORE the parts are ordered. This is a direct contradiction to the nature of the initial scheduling. Later in the interaction, I found out that she is the person assigned to manage my service request. The original gentleman had offered that the part that had arrived (passenger ***** could be put on today. I agreed that this was ok and asked for an inspection to make sure that the other airbag was safe to drive while I waited (presumably days) for the other airbag to arrive.

I called back to speak to a service manager and the lady from this morning was handed the phone. I feel that this implies that she was the on duty manager, however she never actually said that she was. I wanted to discuss the contradiction as I tend to be loyal and was curious about the explanation. This seems trivial but if the manager trivializes wrong information and customer concerns about wasted time and personal resources, they do not value customers. During this phone call with the (implied) manager I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously. The best explanation I received was, " You did not speak with me. If you had, I would have told you."
During this call I was also notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup.

When I arrived at the service center, I found out from the (implied) manager that neither airbag had been installed because my parts were not there. I reminded here that one part was there and I had wanted to go ahead and get it done. The gentleman from this morning was present as well. After confirming with supply that the part WAS there she recanted and said that they "were going to wait" until the other part was was there. I was also informed that the inspection performed on my vehicle was a standard inspection (absolutely not what I asked for) and that they didn't have any paperwork for me. ( This includes the lack of a printed report for the inspection). Frustrated, I said to the lady, "I realize that you are the service manager but I would like to speak to your supervisor". She agreed and left only to return and say that he/her was about to step into a meeting and they were going to call me. I am still waiting....

During most interactions the demeanor of all persons remained somewhat professional. There were indications of sarcasm and insinuations that the service didn't warrant expedited attention as the recalls had been active for a long time. I do not include the interpersonal interactions in this complaint as I was the individual who became irritated first and therefore the elicited responses are, at least partly, my fault.

I am very disappointed by the services that I have received at Winner's Circle. I started off by taking my car in for a recall and ended up with repairs they "claim to have found" at an astronomical price. I say "claim to have found" because when I went initially went they put my car on a diagnostic machine it didn't show any repairs needed. They supposedly fixed the recalls which they initially tried to charge me for parts for but we came to an understanding and I left with my vehicle. I broke down a few days later. After waiting the 3 weeks it took to secure the next available appointment, I had to pay for another diagnostic. This diagnostic now says I need a starter and all types of repairs so I left it there to get the repairs it and it took me calling to say I am going to pull my car from that dealership and take it somewhere else for them to say they would probably have it fixed that day, this is after not having my car for weeks. Of course I called their bluff and they didn't have it ready and the person at the desk had a really nasty attitude about a bad review I left. There was nothing untrue in the review and should have used my criticism as a means to improve but used it against me. I was up in the air about taking the car but that pushed me over the edge. I believe there needs to be some oversight at these dealers because it feels like you have to be well versed to get a fair price and good maintenance. I thought all recall fixes were free? If not free maintenance why would I have to pay for the part? This dealership maintenance is very shady
