      It's a scam and there are lot of hidden charges. by end you end up paying more then most of the others brands out there

      Unprofessional, unreliable, does not return phone calls. Lies to warranty companies. Looked at our Hvac unit said he needed 2 to 3 days to get the parts after almost two week with no phone calls to follow up. And multiple voice mail message left sill never returned our calls we just kept calling untill someone answered. Then he told my wife it was not his job to update us with any I formation it was our warranty company's job. Then refused to finish the job. Had another company come out they fix the issue same day alone with other issue this company never told us about.

      Very unprofessional, unreliable and to be in business this long; amateurs. They don’t answer phone calls or gives courtesy calls , they give you a time frame and will not show up on time or within that window. Rescheduled with them several times and took time off just to be at home, just for them not to show up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

After carefully reviewing your feedback, it seems there might be some misunderstandings or inaccuracies in your review that I would like to address. I believe open communication is essential, and I want to ensure that we provide accurate information to all our patrons. It was mentioned in your review that you had an appointment scheduled between 10am - 3pm and that we did not show until 5pm. After reviewing the GPS data and time stamps, it indicates that we arrived at the home at 12:05pm which was within the scheduled time window, but there was only one person in the home who was under the age of 18. Our policy is that we do not enter a home when only a minor is present. Our technician reached out to you and stated we could return later that day after finishing the remaining calls as a courtesy. Typically, missed appointments are sent back to the office and rescheduled for another day. The tech did state that when she returned, you didn't have time to facilitate the appointment and that she would relay that to the office to get you rescheduled. But our techs are never able to provide an exact appointment date and time, as they do not create the scheduled. We genuinely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced, and we are committed to making things right. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for every customer, and your feedback is instrumental in helping us achieve that. I would like to invite you to reach out to us directly so that we can discuss your concerns in more detail. Your perspective is crucial, and we want to ensure that we fully understand your experience and address any issues you may have encountered. Unfortunately we can't reach out to you because your work order has been closed by your home warranty company, and therefore, we can not initiate communication if we don't have a valid work order with you any longer.       Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I that would be appropriate. I was assigned them from my warranty company and after going on 2 months still no results to a 30 minute repair. They have not returned any calls and have promised an appointment multiple times but no response. Seems to be a reoccurring trait after reading other reviews. Supposedly the part to complete the simple repair is in their possession but a repair is elusive. Any credible company would at least communicate with customers. I cannot recommend this outfit for anyone.

      I use First ******** insurance for home appliance repairs.
      I raised a work request in **** 2021 for a central air system. After 2+ weeks, Reliance finally scheduled a repair. The technician came, indicated that the ice build up in my air handling unit would need to melt, he would be back in 3 hours. He never returned.
      Work was rescheduled after another 4 day delay. Freon charged to the system and the AC was working.
      Imagine my surprise in early November when the furnace wouldn't start. Reliance wouldn't respond to the call. Another (reputable) heating and air conditioner company discovered two faults. The wiring to the furnace had been disconnected and left that way during the July service call. The automatic trip (when the guard panel is removed) had been taped over to prevent the trip from functioning.
      Two very serious mistakes. Reliance won't respond to my calls.
