I paid MJL Design $5912 for a table in late August/early September ***** confirmed that she got the check and placed the order for the table. I have her response. Since then her responses have been vague or non existent. It is The end of March and I don’t have answer to when I will get my table. Since I don’t live there yet, friends have been checking for me. On Their first encounter, the business manager **** told my friends that the table was at customs and I would be called soon. There second encounter, **** said she didn’t know but would call the manufacturer. The third contact, **** said the manufacturer was closed but she will call this Monday. Josie has never returned my calls or email. Totally unprofessionalInitial Complaint

On August 8, 2023 we order two Lexington chairs through MJL Design and paid a total of $4937.90. In late November I began calling and emailing ***** **** about the delivery time for the chairs. After numerous attempts to speak with Ms. **** I spoke with the receptionist. I ask her to investigate to get a delivery time. On December 8, 2023 she told me it would be 8 weeks to receive delivery. In February, 2024 I again trying to call and email ***** ****, owner. After 2 weeks of no response I contacted Lexington Furniture who indicated they had the order. I was told they would contact the dealer and have her contact me. I never received any response from Ms. ****. At this point we have paid for the chairs but cannot get the chairs. Lexington Furniture said they cannot provide any further information to us due to privacy.
