We bought their software as one of their sales people was telling us about the services but when we actually used the software what the sales person said was not actually true. We spent $708 then managed to downgrade to the $468 package to gain some money back but really we should have got all our money back as the sales man lied about their service and what they actually offer. He told us we would get floor maps and that AI furniture was excellent ans the best in the industry amongst other things we have evidence of as we recorded the conversation. We understand we wouldn't be able to use the evidence in court but we can use the evidence on facebook or social media to expose their practices and their company. All we wanted was our money back but they said it's in the terms so we won't be getting the money back. So this is the first step we will take. They have now messaged me and said they have floor plans but we already use different software for this so we don't need to use theirs. The sales man was called Vish be careful with him as he'll tell you anything to get the sale and the company will do nothing as he has been promoted since he missold us and they won't give you your money back even though they know he missold me and i'm sure he has missold to others as well! There are other companies out there to utilize although Ricoh have good 360 cameras their software isn't the best and they will say anything even blatant lies to get the sale!

No one answers the phone, the email they give is blocked and rejects all request, the order number doesnt work in the tracking area, my order cant be tracked. This comapy has no one to talk to dont use them,.Review from Lynnette B

Worst purchase I have ever made. Customer service is a joke. Fill out a form so they can have someone call you back at their convenience, not yours. One star because there is no 0.Ricoh Response
