I brought my phone to Gadget Town because my phone was not charging. When I brought it in and explained what the issue was with my phone I asked the employee if he could help me figure out the problem. Within seconds of handing him my phone he diognosed the issue and said "Yeah you need your charging port replaced. (He really had no idea he just wanted my money). I left my with them to be repaired. When I returned at the time they had previously said it would be fixed, the empoloyee said, "Your phone is charging so we can diagnose the problem and make sure you need your charging port replaced". This was after they had told me they already knew what the problem was when I dropped it off. I returned 30 minutes later and picked up my phone which was now magically repaired. When I paid for the repair and went home, my phone began shutting on and off in 4-5 minute intervals which it had never done before. I realize it was my own fault for trusting Gadget Town and I am not asking for legal action on behalf of my own experience. However after doing more research and looking at reviews, many other people have had very similar experiences with Gadget Town in which they were promised an easy fix to their phone problems, only to have other much more serious problems when their phones were returned. All I ask is that the BBB look into Gatget Town's business practice to ensure this does not happen to other people. They are opperating as opertunistic criminals and fooling people into thinking they have the ability to fix their phones, computers, etc...
