Unfinished countertops Hired Mr. ******* on June 11 it is now July 17 (over a month) Took off work because he gave me the wrong starting day. Paid half the money up front for materials for counters. Came to the house without laminate told me it would ship on the 29. Everytime he showed up did not have laminate. When I text or call he does not respond. Asked for more money and did not complete neither of the jobs. When he finally returns my text he said he was at another job and would be at my house in three days to finish. Told me the morning off he couldn't come. It has been a month. He has been paid in full and still has my materials for the counters he bought with the money I gave him. Will be seeking legal action I learned today from the courts he was just sued in civil court and this is a pattern. Also left a two foot opened hole in my kitchen wall and took the drywall, open and exposed electrical counters no secure, cuta in floor with no trim. He will not even return my materials we paid for so someone else can complete.Initial Complaint

We paid Todd Shelton on November 1st in the amount of $400 for a gate repair via *****. My husband reached out to him by phone and text several times to schedule a day and time to come and repair it. We never heard anything back until I filed a dispute on *****. He immediately responded and said that he’s “issuing refund” this was on 11/16/21 Today, 11/27/21 I sent him another message saying that I will contact the BBB.
