We leased a townhome in early 2024, and then had to terminate the lease early due to other circumstances. When contacting PPM, they offered us an early termination agreement, within this agreement, they noted we were responsible for all turnover costs. We signed the agreement. Upon attempting to settle the debt, PPM presented an invoice of misc costs which include repairing items that were broken or damaged or non-existent at move in. Apparently, the clause within the early termination agreement is permission to restore property to a level it was not at even prior to renting for three months. There was also a charge for mowing, weeding and edging of around $1000. This is a townhouse lot and there is no reason that should be above $100-$150. None the less, I did ride by to examine the property and the items I have been billed for are still not replaced. - Screens on second story, blinds in basement etc. These items were missing upon move in. By my calculations there is over $1,500 in questionable charges that the management company are trying to put off for terminating the lease early.Business response

Although we have not heard back from the business yet, the consumer has notfied the Better Business Bureau that the complaint has been resolved.Customer response

Hello, I have a complaint filed with Priority Property Management. They have since reached out to me in regards to my complaint and came to a billion resolution. I would like to resolve the complaint but it does give me the option to do so. Please let me know how I can do this or what information is needed. Thank you.
