      Take your money and RUN like ****! Bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade with low mileage on Nov 3, 2023. Brought the vehicle back complaint about the brakes, didn't drive right. found out the rotors, brakes, and sway bar were bad. I ask what are you going to do about that, haven't had the car but a few days, how did it just recently get inspected? The sales guy said they would pay half if I paid half. I said **** no, just paid almost $20,000.00, I shouldn't have to pay anything. He then said, for me to tell the bank that the vehicle was like a "rocket" it was great, I said, no I am not lying. I told the bank about the vehicle, they said don't do anything till it is fixed. the salesperson said it would be fixed before Thanksgiving, then it was the first of December. I drove 2 hours up to Harrisonburg again, he begged me to tell the bank everything was good, and it would be fixed. Will he didn't know it, but I recorded it even though I can't use it in court and at least people can hear it. So, I told the bank it was ok, to try to get it fixed. Will it be Jan 8, 2024., it has not been fixed. Beware of charges, I know what a GAP charge of 1200 is for but what is a wheel and tire of 1200 for? What? I have to pay for the tires, or did you just charge me 2400 for the GAP? I used to buy vehicles from this dealership but no more, I don't know what has happened over the years it has gone downhill, and it is sad because at one time it was a good place to buy a vehicle. I hope the sales guy and the guy who did the financing can sleep well because if I lied that much, I would be afraid to close my eyes of face the devil himself.

      2020 Nissan Pathfinder. Leased brand new. 70k miles and 3 years later the engine "goes bad". Literally need a new engine in a 3 year old car with less than 100k miles and Nissan won't do anything. How does that happen and why won't they stand by their product even if slightly, and I mean slightly, out of warranty. Warranty is 45k miles. It's a leased car. Wtf. ****** people in there too treat you like your dirt poor when in reality maybe just had a run of bad luck.

      I don't give them no stars they do not deserve it they sold me a 2011 Nissan the next day after I got at home the airbag light was on driver's airbag the service engine light come on I took it to another Nissan dealership they hooked it up and seen where this were Harrisonburg Nissan had unplugged it and wiped it clean 2 days ago before I bought it I'm telling you I would never recommend anybody to go back there I have called him numerous times they did not want to fix it they didn't want to make it right the state trooper told me that the car should have never passed inspection with the airbag light on drivers airbag light on so if you're looking for a new car I highly recommend you to go to ******* **** ***** in pin layer least they are honest up front and not a bunch of liars like Harrisonburg Nissan Harrisonburg Nissan really should lose their business license I could have been driving that car in the airbag popped out and seriously got hurt or hurt somebody else

      On February 22, 2023 I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass with 27K, unfortunately within a day of buying it I noticed transmission issues. Also during my test drive the car was still pretty dirty, I asked if the car would be cleaned up prior to picking it up later. It was not cleaned, I actually found more mess including a handful of 9mm casings in the console when I got it home. As I drove home I noted a hard shift. I continued to have a hard shift, with an occasional whining noise. On 2/24 I texted the salesman about the issues, I did not get a reply after I shared the concerns. I emailed the sales manager about my payment. I was told that my payment would be $477. When I met with the finance guy he offered the insurances/warranty package for just $16 more per month. I purchased all offered services and plans, making my payment $497. When looking at my contracts and additional paperwork, it reads that my original payment was actually $413. I included my transmission concerns in the email but I did not receive a reply. I called & email several times more then I called the service dept and made the appointment. I dropped it off and was called back within 15 minutes, stating that I needed to take the vehicle to the jeep dealer because it was still under factory warranty. The jeep was in the shop for months & eventually I did get a new transmission, however it took trips to 3 different dealers to get it the issue resolved. I had also emailed the G.M. of the Nissan dealership. He made 1 attempt to call me and left a voicemail but did not reply to my emails, after asking for a suitable time to speak on the phone. I believe that Steven Nissan took in a low mileage trade… cleaned it a little bit, ran it through ready get, gave it a new sticker and put it out on the lot without checking it out & chose to ignore my concerns once the deal was done.

      My husband bought a jeep and had to bring it in within 3 weeks bc it was going through 2 quarts of oil in that time. They gave us the car back without even adding oil and the manifold wasn’t even connected. Inspection? I think not. They said keep it and measure the oil and if it drops quickly bring it back. They had the car two weeks to tell us this. Bring it back and they had it over 4 weeks. They fix it and we have the warranty and tell us we owe 1600 dollars but the problem might not be fixed. Sales won’t cover the repairs or the warranty even though it was clearly issues with the engine. They tell us to come in and they would work with us to trade the car in and get another vehicle. We spent over 6 hours waiting to get into another vehicle. They should have been kissing my husband’s butt bc for 1. They did not stand behind their vehicle 2. Their inspection was a joke and 3. We were screwed if we went to another dealer bc they sold us a lemon. I will never buy or recommend this dealership. Had to hear salesman say how they stand behind their vehicles and want us to have a great experience so we can tell our family and friends to come to this dealer bc they don’t want to be like the bad dealers out there. GOOD LUCK on that one! If I could give a zero I would!

      The vehicle i bought has had nothing but problems. They avoid my calls and dont return msgs. I think they are just trying to wait out the warrenty peroid so they wont have to deal with it anymore
