I have spoken to Mr. ******** on Friday at 3:24 I spoke to him for 11 minutes he wanted the name of the rep that handled the engine repair and the warranty company, and it was all done through ******. And I did not block his number I even called him back from my cell phone so he would have that number. That is where he called me from. I have bent over backwards for this customer, I have taken time and adjusted his bills every time he had to come back, For him to say these things is ridiculous, he is having aftertreatment issues with his truck and we had to start with the exhaust flex pipe that was leaking and it just kept escalating from one problem to another, same symptom different cause every time, we done regens and road-tests every time we worked on it for this problem and every time it passed. We would release the truck to him he would call me back and complain the engine light was on again, I would tell him to come back, if it was the same thing we worked on, we would take care of it for him, he would tell me he had to make his trip and he would be back through on his way back and we would bring him back in the shop ahead of others that were here waiting to have work done. The last time I never heard from him until this phone call on Friday when he was down in ********** TEI/KWS. I give him the info he asked for, he said he was talking to **** ***** at ******.  He is upset because he bought this truck and the first trip out the engine failed and had to be replaced and it has been one problem after another! This is not our fault; he bought a used truck that had existing issues evidently. We have bent over backwards for the customer, but he has obviously bought a used truck with many issues.

On 8/30/2022 I had a mechanical problem with my motorhome. I called Truck Enterprises. After describing my vehicle and the problem to ***, the service advisor, and after being assured of his confidence in their ability diagnose and repair the problem, I agreed to have the motorhome towed to their facility. *** contributed $500 toward the $1600 tow charge, I paid the remaining $1100. I called two weeks later to check on progress and was told they had decided they were no longer going to work on motorhomes and that I should find another facility to do the work. When I suggested they should pay the additional tow fee they refused. They did agree to find another nearby diesel shop that could do the work but weeks have passed without a resolution. It is now 10/10/2022 and I just made arrangements to have the coach towed to another repair facility tomorrow.

*** was new at his position at the time Mr. ******* called to have his motorhome worked on and *** did not consult with the foreman or the service manager before he said we could work on this unit. The service manager, **** ******** went out to look to see what the issue was with the unit, after Mr. ******* called to check on the progress and when **** saw what the repair was, he let Mr. ******* know it was more than we were equipped to handle and it would need towed to another facility, also we would pay for the tow to that other facility. **** attempted to arrange towing and a repair garage to have this unit towed to, ***** *****  but the ***** **** mechanic who was to repair the motor home went out for back surgery and ***** **** could not repair it. **** was in touch with Mr. ******* about these circumstances and said we would have it towed to another place of his choosing. As far as I know, we have never received the tow bill for this tow and are not disputing paying for the charge of towing it to another repair facility.
