********************* solicited looking for a model to do a hair install with a closure. I contacted her saying I was interested she stated to send her funds for hair she had on hand that would include installation. I sent her $280 on 4/1/2024 I scheduled the install for Firday 4/5/2024 at 5pm. When I arrived for appointment she stated she could not take me she was still doing hair but should be free later on that evening. I had engagement photos the following day so I agreed trying to be flexible so I could recieve the service. She stated 730pm then she text and said she would let me know a time she was still in a *******. I repeatedly asking her what time I could have the service done she was late texting back and would not give me a clear answer. I finally asked her to cancel it as I would have to make other arrangements as i had engagement photos the next day. She stated she would not refund me but instead i could have the hair. I contacted her to install hair not for hair so this did not solve my problem. After not keeping the appointment time and then refusing to give me a time she could complete the service i repeatedly asked her for a refund she refused and still has the hair inaddition to my $280 dollars. I looked for her business licnese number and none was found I do not believe she is licensed.Customer response
