I paid Fancy Cats 75.00 for a spade voucher. I was supposed to be reimbursed once I spad my cat. I did and sent them the receipt. I have asked uncountable times for the 75.00 refund as promised and per written documents but they have yet to refund my money. ********* **** does not answer my emails. I WANT MY 75.00 SPADE FEE that I PAID in advance! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK?Initial Complaint

One week ago on Saturday, February 12, 2022, I put my cat up for adoption with Fancy Cats. In less than 24 hours, I notified Fancy Cats that I no longer wanted to give up my cat for adoption. Fancy Cats allowed my cat to be adopted immediately. The new owner had my cat less than 24 hours when I notified Fancy Cats that I wanted my cat returned to me. Fancy Cats refuses to contact the person who adopted her to notify and cancel the adoption and return my cat to me. I am a senior citizen, and despite my age, Fancy Cats has been rude and disrespectful and unkind when I have spoken to the director, *************************** and her assistant director, ****** Both of them lack compassion and interrupted me when I was speaking after uttering only a few sentences. I want my cat returned to me. Thank you.
