Hello, On Wednesday 4/26/23, I submitted an online order for 100% Egyptian Cotton Solid Sheet Set from Royal Egyptian Bedding. The total cost of my purchase was $127.88. After I entered my credit card information, I received an error message that they were not able to process my transaction. Thinking that I may have entered the information incorrectly, I tried to submit the transaction again, and got the same error message. Therefore, I did not receive an order confirmation, so I do not have an order number. However, I logged into my credit card portal account, and saw two separate charges for $127.88. This is very fraudulent since my order did not go through, yet they charged my credit card for each attempt. I went to the company website for a phone number to call, which was not provided. I performed an internet search where I did find the number and called the company. That number is: ************. The person who answered the phone was not much help. She stated she would have to contact the area responsible for addressing this issue. Based on my experience with how they just took my money without providing a product, I have little confidence in a resolution without your help. I ordered an 8 piece bed in a bag set which was a goose down comforter, a duvet cover, 2 sham covers, 2 pillow cases, a flat sheet, and a fitted sheet. I also upgraded to the California king size and did thier add on of 2 king goose down pillows. I got the shipment and all I got was the two pillows and the flat sheet, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow covers. I called them and they told me they would respond in 24 in which they said I have checked with our shipping team and they have confirmed that the complete order was shipped. You have ordered a Bed in a Bag Set and it is incomplete without a Comforter, Duvet Cover and Pillow Shams. The Box will be half empty if a Comforter, Duvet Cover and Pillow Shams are not in it and its not something that will miss our shipping teams eye. I called back to speak with a supervisor and was told I could not but they would email me. I still have no reply and no confirmation they are sending me my missing items
