            I spoke with the proprietor before I shipped my Atmos Clock to Atmos Clock Repair. I telephoned him to see if he had received it, and he had. I called to see about the estimate and subsequently received an email on July 30, 2022 with the estimate on the repairs and it detailed the repair would take 6 weeks to complete. I authorized him to go forward with the repairs. Now, I have not been able to reach him by email or by phone. Everything looked official but I just want my clock back. Feel as if it is gone forever. I want it returned to me and would pay for shipping if necessary.

            I sent my clock in for service in June of 2031. It wasn't until after I had someone posing as a potential customer did he get back to me, despite numerous phone calls and emails. In the middle of July 2021 I received an email with an estimate for which I immediately accepted. I was told 8 weeks to completion. It's almost 4 months later and I hear nothing. Doesn't answer phone or respond to messages or emails. Like others, this is a family heirloom. I am quite pissed off. I don't have my clock, don't have any idea when or if I'll get it. I called the Atmos company. Although his website insinuates it, he is not an authorized repair facility. Only a parts supplier. If you have an Atmos clock that needs refurbishing, do business with someone else.
