I spoke with the proprietor before I shipped my Atmos Clock to Atmos Clock Repair. I telephoned him to see if he had received it, and he had. I called to see about the estimate and subsequently received an email on July 30, 2022 with the estimate on the repairs and it detailed the repair would take 6 weeks to complete. I authorized him to go forward with the repairs. Now, I have not been able to reach him by email or by phone. Everything looked official but I just want my clock back. Feel as if it is gone forever. I want it returned to me and would pay for shipping if necessary.Business response
