Purchased a 100 round drum from the store for my AR15 (which I also purchased from the store). Upon taking the item home, trying it, watching several videos on how to use it, I realized that the drum was defective and did not feed. I paid I believe $199 for the product and went to return it. The shop did not accept the return, but offered to send out the drum for repair. It has been six months and I have heard nothing from the store. I would have preferred a refund for the defective product but the solution offered by the store was to either let them send it out for repair, or try to resell the item myself. Obviously the only option was to let them send it out as I have no desire to seek out gun owners to sell defective equipment to. I guess that's the difference between me and the store owners. I was never contacted about the status of the repair and the store never offered any refund or exchange. The store kept my money and the defective product!! I will never purchase anything from this store again as most items are overpriced, including the AR itself, and they clearly have no integrity.
