This company, plainly stated, does not do the work that they commit to saying and luring employees. SINCE Revature is an organization that prides themselves on, "we do well, when our associates do well" they should have a firm knowledge on what it means to provide due diligence, in a way that is not mutually exclusive with strategic planning. Revature has a heinous problem ensuring they provide due diligence in a equitable way; this is plausibly evidential. An HR representative confided in me (upon my exit) that Revature is aware of changes being brought to attention, but it very reflects that Revature may dwell & profit when operating in the grey area. Revature needs to revamp their senior management, since the highest-level executives are responsible for putting out mass messaging, ensure that emails and other communication are free of fixable spelling/grammar errors, that is at LEAST the professional way to communicate to employees & associates. When emails are delivered with faulty (incorrect) information and have a lot of simple spelling errors, it seems like the person writing them does not care if the message is communicated properly. Filter persons you place in positions of responsibility, replace them if they show a pattern of misconduct. (This seems self-explanatory, but Revature has trainers/associates/directors in place that demonstrate conflicting values to the company, they behave in brazen confidence, and they are embraced though impunity) Check often if the policies being used are effective with people, and efficient for the company. Lastly, Revature uses ineffective templates of response to concerns about their questionable, if not predatory, business practices. The steep turnover rate is highly reflective, that this company cannot be treating their employees well. Again, their motto is "we do well, when our associates do well", but the turnover rate is outstanding and the concerns with the company are truly daunting.
