  Also the same horrible experience. They offer the lowest fare and then they say your tickets are not booked until you call. Then they say the economy fares are sold out try to sell you a more expensive ticket. What a waste of time!

  This is a bait and switch scam. I paid $1491.88 for 4 round trip tickets, received an email confirmation that they would be processed "as soon as the charge was confirmed", then a few hours later received an email to call them. They claimed the flights I had chosen were no longer available, then when I agreed to new flight times, they claimed the price for the new flights was over $700 per person, and when I complained, lowered the price (within about 30 seconds) to $549 per person, which is still significantly higher than what I found on their website. They claim this is because it was "a higher class" ticket including baggage - on Southwest - that always includes free checked and carryon bags. When I refused, they tried to pressure me saying this was limited and they could only hold the price for a few hours.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Dont waste your time or money. This is a SCAM! I paid $1,800.00 for tickets, received the confirmation code only to receive a phone call that they sold me tickets for a flight that had no available seating, and for the low price of an additional $1,200.00 they could get me on another flight while trying to convince me this was a great deal!!

  If I could give MINUS 5 STARS I would! This company is a sham!! They never even told me that my tickets were canceled! I don't understand the particulars with this sort of thing with the airlines but I know it totally stinks all around! When i asked the lady why they didn't call me to let me know she says, they tried calling but couldn't get through... hahaha.. give me a break, really? My phone works just fine, I get calls everyday. C'mon, at least get a better excuse! This place should be closed down. Don't use them

  Classic Bait and Switch - attempted to book a "discounted" flight with FlightForAll order went through then I recieved an email stating the booking was not confirmed, and that I would need to contact them for the confirmation. NOTE: Per their recorded message they are only open from 8am to Noon for phone. Upon giving them the booking information I was advised that the advertised price of the tickets were a promotion only - and that it had already been sold out when I placed my booking - then tried to sell me the exact same ticket for 4X the original price. Post the conversation I continued to receive hang up calls from their number and as of this writing we are up to 6 calls with no one on the other end.

  Unfortunately, Mrs. Kate G***** and Luis assisted me, they sold me two flights, which were more expensive than normal, I paid for the flights in cash, they appeared available on the Delta page with my name. Unfortunately, a few days after this, I boarded my flight to confirm my information and my surprise was that the flight was cancelled. I called Delta and they told me that Flighforall had canceled my flight, to contact them. I have been calling and sending emails for days, requesting a refund of the Total of all charge - USD 1,796.22, because I had to cancel my accommodation and everything I had agreed to due to their poor service. I have been trying to get my money back for a month and to date it has not been possible. They tell me they will refund my money, they pass me on to different people and they do not confirm this information in writing. Please if you read this do not buy flights with this company, they are too irresponsible. Avoid being scammed by these people. I will update my reviews if I receive my money back. Lamentablemente me atendieron la señora Kate G***** y Luis, me vendieron dos vuelos, los cuales eran más caros de lo normal, pagué los vuelos en efectivo, aparecieron disponibles en la página de Delta con mi nombre. Lamentablemente, unos días después de esto, abordé mi vuelo para confirmar mi información y mi sorpresa fue que el vuelo fue cancelado. Llamé a Delta y me dijeron que Flighforall había cancelado mi vuelo, que me comunicara con ellos. Llevo días llamando y enviando correos electrónicos solicitando el reembolso del total de todo el cargo - USD 1.796,22, porque tuve que cancelar mi alojamiento y todo lo que había acordado debido a su mal servicio.

  We booked tickets from flightforall few weeks back. We dealt with a guy named Louis . Got a confirmation code for airlines and advised a few of my friends. We all got confirmation codes and assumed that they are legit site. Now within a week every one’s ticket is cancelled by delta. Because seems like they scammed delta and scammed us. Delta cancelled all their reservations. This is so frustrating. This is cheating at a different level . Because none of us got any alert of cancellation. Only when one guy found his booking is cancelled we all checked all of us has same situation. That was no email alert at all. They just collect your credit card number to scam you later. Be careful of these cheats. They have a clever modus operandi.

  I used the app Hopper to find a flight. The best option that I received was to book through Flight for All for a price of $240. Three days later, I receive an email stating that my flight is not confirmed and that I need to call them. When I call, they tell me that all of the economy seating on the flight is sold out and that I will need to be moved to the main cabin and the price will now be $525. I immediately tell them no, that is not what I purchased and received a confirmation number for. The rep for Flight for All starts to argue with me and tell me what a great price this is and that it is $200 cheaper than their competitors. Flights for All is a sham. There way of doing business is to make you think that you are getting a great deal on a flight only to turn around a few days later and try and make more money off of you. They believe that their customers have already made the initial investment in their travel and that they will be willing to spend the extra two to three hundred dollars. This company is highly unethical and should not be in business.
